We are happy to announce that we have created 16 golf cart spaces through out the upper and lower garage as well as the property. We are trying to assess different areas for additional creation of spaces. If you are interested in entering the lottery for the new 16 golf cart spaces, please email Carmen at carmen@tkbonline.com with your intent to enter into the lottery, which will be held the first week of December during the Board of Directors meeting. The deadline will be the date of the meeting (TBA) no later than 5:00 pm.
The spots will cost $40.00 per month and payments will be due on January and July of every year. It is not a guarantee; however Mr. Maura is trying to add additional charging stations to each of the new spaces to alleviate the issue we presently have. If this is accomplished only the renter of the space and their golf cart will have sole access to the charging station in the assigned space.
