DIRECTORS OF THE TOWERS OF KEY BISCAYNE, INC.
(“Association”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 718.112(2)(e), Florida Statutes, that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, April 22nd 2021 at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the Special Meeting is set forth in the Agenda below. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the guidance from governmental and medical authorities, Board Members will participate virtually via Zoom. All other owners may attend the meeting virtually by following the instructions set forth below:
