We would like to begin by thanking all of you for the numerous positive responses to our previous communications on this project. We also received some negative comments from those that do not like the new windows, but in general the positive greatly outweighed the negative.
We would like to inform that by the end of this week, new windows will have been installed in the first 120 units, which represent approximately 23% of all the units in our TKB community. We will now be proceeding to the final inspection and testing of the installed windows to verify that they meet all the established requirements. New windows installation will resume once the final inspection and testing is completed satisfactorily on the already installed windows.
Like in any other project, the initial period is always one of discovery, it gave us the opportunity to review and evaluate procedures and personnel used to determine and implement improvements.
Also, as a follow up of our communication of June 14th, 2018 we have started to investigate possible paint schemes etc. that would complement the new windows, and hope to report on it in the near future.
