We would like to inform you of some changes on the Association’s website / Meeting notifications that have been implemented as of January 2019.
Meeting Notices
Meetings are now noticed on the Associations website, mail-rooms bulletin boards and via e-mail at least 14 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
Meeting agendas are posted 5 days prior to scheduled meetings
Supporting documents such as proposals, will be posted with the agenda so that residents can review them and be informed of the items being discussed prior to the meeting.
We would also encourage residents to submit any questions on the items posted on the agendas ahead of time to the office so that your concerns can be addressed/answered.
Official Records – are posted and available for review, such as:
Condo Docs
Rules & Regulations
List of Executory Contracts
Bids
Summaries of Materials, equipment or services
Financials (Budgets / Reserve Study, etc)
