Dear residents,

Last week a notice went out advising residents that the Golf Cart Charging Station was up and running. However there was an issue with the rates set on the machine. We went back to the vendor and adjusted the rates based on the kWh /service and upkeep cost to the Association. If you utilized the system during this past week, please pass by the office with a copy of your statement showing  the transaction and we will credit you the difference of the charging rates.

The rates were adjusted as follows:

• Charging Times
  • 3 hrs  =  $1.00
  • 6 hrs  =  $2.00
  • 9 hrs  =  $3.00

We would like to remind everyone that

• If Golf Cart is removed prior to the expiration of your purchased time you will loose the remaining time.
  
• Golf carts should be removed promptly (within 30 min)  after charging has finished.

• Lastly,  please DO NOT use golf cart charging area as a golf cart parking space, violators will be booted at the owners expense.***
