Quorum was determined.
Minutes of prior meeting that took place on May 21st, 2019 were approved.
ONR trial proposal which included a three months free trial period and a $300 set up charge was discussed and found positive. Their subsequent proposal for the following 12 months for $1,200
was noted and considered as part of a prospective future recommendation by the Committee to the TKB Board of Directors.
Other Electronic Online Voting providers were investigated by committee members Gala de Conte and Martin Pinilla, and they were deemed less desirable or not currently available (such as Becker Poliakoff) than ONR at this time.
Gala de Conte proposed a motion to continue on with ONR, seconded by Larry Ainslie and approved by all members present.
Committee member Martin Pinilla offered to contact ONR to request references of current users of the electronic online voting system to be checked and later discussed during our next committee meeting.
A period of Open Forum was provided, but no one from the audience spoke.
