The Board of Directors has been in contact with many residents regarding the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 health emergency, temporary procedures of the Association, and different options and policies for consideration. Quite a few of our residents have suggested we identify potential volunteers who could fill a needed role should we find ourselves short staffed at any time, or for any reason, during the coming weeks or months. People who could lend a hand with both the basic and important tasks to assist in seeking to protect the health and safety of those who live at the Towers, especially as many residents choose, voluntarily or not, to increasingly stay within our units.
We’re looking for volunteers to participate as members on a Resident Committee (“Committee”) who, under the direction of TKB Management, could assist with such things as:
cleaning/sanitizing the elevators and common areas
removing the trash and recycling from the building
administration and delivery of packages
assist with duties at front gate or lobbies
help with responding to and handling requests from residents.
We hope that our staff, who ably and reliably perform these roles, will be able to continue without interruption throughout this Coronavirus period. But in our continued efforts for the benefit of the residents, we’d like to identify people able and willing to serve as members on the Committee and assist our Towers Community should the need arise.
If you would be willing to help out should it be necessary, please either call or email the Management Office (305-361-9114 or martha@tkbonline.com). Thank you in advance for stepping up to support the TKB community.
