The manager has received a few calls as of late this afternoon of residents who are concerned regarding an e-mail that was allegedly sent out by Mar Azul condominium which stated that a resident of The Towers was infected by the Covid-19 virus. Mr. Maura reached out to the Mar Azul’s General Manager who denied having sent out any such notice, and indicated that similar rumors were being circulated about their community.
We want to assure all TKB residents that neither management nor the Board are aware of any resident testing positive for the coronavirus. If that was the case the CDC or local authorities would have reached out to us, and that has not taken place.
We ask resident to not panic and remain calm and fact check any rumors with the local authorities.
