In an abundance of caution, and respecting the Village’s decision to close the Community Center and cancel other public group gatherings, we have decided to temporarily close the TKB amenities rooms (Gym, card and game rooms, study rooms, Playroom, and Ocean Room) as of this afternoon in an effort to prevent/minimize exposure to residents and staff.
Any events previously scheduled for this weekend will be allowed to proceed at the owner’s discretion, however for the time being any future reservations will be cancelled.
Your management and board continue to be monitoring the situation, including the evolving guidance from governmental and medical authorities. The Board intends to hold a public Board Meeting in the coming days to review these temporary measures, and determine appropriate policy going forward.
In the meantime, we reiterate the recommendations that you have undoubtedly received not just from us but others regarding steps you can take to minimize risk of exposure to this virus. It continues to be our hope and belief that these steps by all of us can meaningfully decrease the risks to each of us and our community associated with Coronovirus.
