From your Board at The Towers of Key Biscayne

We want to thank our fellow owners for your confidence and support in electing us to guide our Association for another year. Our priorities for the coming year are ambitious, and we hope you’d expect nothing less for your investment in one of the great buildings in one of the premiere communities in Southern Florida.

  • Providing high quality service and amenities to our residents
  • Investing in the maintenance of our property by the sea as it approaches its 50th anniversary
  • Spending the money of our owners wisely, looking for efficiencies and best value in every purchasing decision
  • Preparing for a handsome renovation of our Hallways, rethinking of the best use of our common rooms, and the repainting of our buildings – all within a comprehensive design plan intended to assure a consistent aesthetic appeal to all aspects of our property as we complete the first 50 years of the Towers of Key Biscayne and get ready for the next

There are a lot of details that need to be addressed to effectively balance and optimize those priorities, and we look forward to keeping all of our owners informed and involved as we address them. We hope that you’ll participate in our Board Meetings that are open to all owners, and/or read the summaries of those discussions that are emailed following each meeting. There are also detailed Board Minutes available if you’re interested in hearing more about any of the issues that are of particular interest. As we roll out Concierge Plus, our new management software, we hope that will make it easier for you to stay involved and informed, communicate with our staff, as well as give us the option to offer electronic voting as a more convenient alternative for our owners.

We welcome and encourage you to share any suggestions or comments you have about any of the things we are working on. While we can’t expect to make decisions that will make every one of our 538 owners happy, we are committed to representing all of them.
