We would like to update you on the air handler for Tower "D". The air handler arrived and is on the roof. The technicians are working on the handler and expect that the repairs will be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting. Please note that the hallways wil be warm until the repair is complete.

We would like to inform you that the arrival of the Air Handler for Tower D is scheduled for August 21 – August 25, 2017. Once we receive the air handler we will be sending out another email with the installation date and/or status of the air handler. Please note that the common area hallways will be warm during the installation.

TUESDAY MAY 30, 2017– 12TH FLOOR THROUGH 7TH FLOOR
THURSDAY JUNE 1, 2017– 6TH FLOOR THROUGH 2nd FLOOR
AS LONG AS NO EMERGENCIES ARISE, MAINTENANCE WILL GO TO THE UNITS, FROM 9:30AM TO 5:15PM. THE INSPECTIONS WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES...
