I would like to share with you that I will not seek re-election to the TKB Board for the upcoming period of 2020-2021.
After serving as your board member for eight consecutive years, and as president of the TKB Board of Directors for the past seven, I felt that it was time to pursue new interests, and let others take the lead of our beloved community.
During the time that I have served as your board member we have accomplished many important projects and began just as many, that together will position our community for a bright future.
One of the lessons that I learned along the way is that it is almost impossible to please everybody, but even when disagreeing, I always believed that our differences of opinion invariably reflected a common and mutual concern for our TKB Community.
I will miss the joys and challenges of the TKB Board work, but I will continue to be a proud member of our community enjoying the amenities and most importantly the friendship of the people that I have had the pleasure and honor to serve during my time as a board member.
I thank God for always guiding my judgement, my family for allowing me the time to do the Board’s work, all my fellow Board Members and the TKB Management Team led by Joe Maura for their support and loyalty during all these years. I also want to thank all of you property owners that elected and trusted me to represent you as your Board of Directors President.
