It’s come to our attention that a few apartments have barbeque grills in any their balconies. Please note that this is a safety hazard and is not permitted under Fire Code or under the Associations Rules and Regulations.
Please refer to page, 7, section 2, item number 6 where it states:
“Barbeque grills, bicycles, tricycles or large toys are not allowed on balconies, patios and lanais.”
Be advised that next week, management will be doing an inspection through the exterior of the building to determine which units are in violation. Those unit will be reported to Code Enforcement and may be subject to fines from both the Village and the Association. At this time we ask that you please adhere to the Rules and Regulations and remove the grill and gas tank from your balconies immediately.
