RE: BOARD / BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE OPEN POSITIONS

Due to the resignation of Ricardo Martinez, there is a vacancy on the TKB Board that will be filled until the next election by someone selected by the Board. There are also three open positions on the Budget and Finance Committee for which the Board is seeking applicants as well. The Board invites any TKB owner who is interested in either the Board position or the Budget and Finance Committee to send a resume to carmen@tkbonline.com. Professional Finance/Accounting experience is most desirable.
