Please be advised, that residents who had registered their Boats and/or Jet-skis prior to October 4th, 2011 Board Meeting and kept them on premises, are required to fill and submit a grandfathering application package prior to December 31st, 2012 to the management office, in order to continue storing their boats / Jet-skis on the property. Residents, who fail to do so, will automatically forfeit any rights to the Boat/Jet-ski Grandfather Policy.
