As we prepare for the scheduled election of Directors on March 12th, we would like to offer all owners the chance to get to know and interact with the candidates for your Board. Their responsibility is to represent you and all owners, so we hope that you will make the effort to determine who you think can best perform that important role.
This year’s election will choose four owners to serve on your Board for the next two years. The six candidates running for those seats include:

Jennifer Allegra Diego Navia
Norma Blum Franklin Wimer, Jr.
On Tuesday evening, February 18th, we will hold a Candidates’ Night from 7:00 to 8:30 at which each of the Candidates will be invited to give up to a 5 minute presentation on their background, their qualifications for the position, and why they are running for a seat on the TKB Board. Owners are invited to submit questions in advance of the Candidates’ Night, and after all of the candidates have made their introductory remarks, as many of those questions as possible will be asked by a Moderator for up to an additional 60 minutes. As we did last year, we will also be inviting each of the candidates to make a short video that will be available on the TKB website to help owners get to know the candidates. We will send an email when they’re available.
