It has been brought to our attention that trash is being left on the floor of the trash room. You are only attracting roaches and/or other bugs and this ultimately affects the residents even if we have the exterminator come every week. We ask that you DO NOT leave garbage on the floor. If this continues to happen, we will have no choice but to go thru the trash to determine who it belongs to. You will receive a warning the first time and your second offense you will have to attend a hearing with the enforcement committee and a fine will be issued.

Se nos ha señalado, que residentes están dejando bolsas de basura en el piso de LOS cuartoS del ducto de basura. Por favor tenga en cuenta que el dejar bolsas de basura en el suelo de los basureros atrae cucarachas e insectos, lo cual termina afectando a los residentes. LES PEDIMOS QUE NO DEJEN SU BASURA EN EL SUELO. Si esto continua, no tendremos más remedio que ir a través de la basura para determinar a quién pertenece. Usted recivira una advertencia la prmera vez y sy segunda ofensa usted tendra que asistir a una audencia con el comite de ejecucion y una fina sera emitida.
