As addressed at the Board Meeting, the Board will re-appoint each of our current committees at our next Board Meeting.
The Finance and Budget Committee (assists in preparation and review of operating and reserves budgets)
The Design Committee (charged with presenting a plan for ultimate owner approval for the repainting of the building and renovation of the hallways)
The electronic voting committee (charged with evaluating providers of electronic voting systems that might be appropriate for TKB to implement prior to next year’s elections)
Current members of the committees have been polled to determine their interest in continuing on their committees, and any other owners who wish to be considered for any of these committees should submit their names and qualifications to the Management Office as soon as possible. The Board’s goal, as always, is to benefit from a cross section of interested owners willing to provide support to the Board on each of these Committee objectives.
