Dear Residents

We are going to change the rules for using the BBQ so that we can make it available to residents anytime during the week. Effective immediately, we are asking that only one resident at a time use the BBQ (only one side of the BBQ will be available for use from 9AM to 11PM every day). If someone is already using the BBQ when you want to go, there will be a chair located a reasonable distance from the BBQ that you are welcome to use until that resident has finished.

We respectfully ask everyone’s cooperation, as it will allow us to make the BBQ available without the need for our having a full time staff person there. Please be advised that if we find that more than one person is using the BBQ area at a time, we will have to revert to the limited weekend availability, with staffing oversight, in order to ensure the Association’s compliance with the county’s “New Normal”.
