Dear Owners and Residents,

We want to make you aware that two of our residents have informed us this morning that they have tested positive for Coronavirus, and that they are and will be self-isolating within their apartment until a negative test result and receipt of medical clearance. This is in addition to one of our residents who continues to test positive for COVID-19.

While their self-isolation minimizes the risk of others outside their apartment being exposed to their virus, it is a reminder that each of us must take concrete steps to minimize the risk of exposure for our staff and fellow residents. Please wear masks. Whether you believe they work or not, it’s a small thing to do that will help make the people around you feel and be safer.
