In October 2019, the Towers established rules pertaining to residents parking motor vehicles outside of their assigned garage parking space(s). This was done to minimize the growing problem of guests being unable to find a place to park their cars or golf carts.
If you need to park your car or golf cart in our unassigned outdoor spaces, only use the spaces that are on the north side facing Mar Azul. Please ask your guests to display a Guest Tag on their dashboard when they park in spaces designated for Visitor Parking. For details of the rules relating to cars and motor vehicles, please refer to Section XVIII of the TKB Rules and Regulations. Ticketing and fines will be assessed for violation of the rules.
